Taos Restaurant returns to regular hours Sunday, Jan. 13, at 5 p.m., while the following locations will begin normal operations on Monday, Jan. 14: Corbett Center Student Union (CCSU) Food Court, Blake’s Lotaburger, College Canteen & Subway. Locally-owned Mix Express, which opened this week at Frenger Food Court, will serve the same delicious food that the Las Cruces community has grown to love from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. These hours are subject to change and will be updated on the Restaurant Guide if new hours are indeed announced.
While most of the university will be closed Monday, Jan. 21, for Martin Luther King Day, Taos Restaurant, Corbett Corner, Aggie Express, The Player’s Grill and the Barnes & Noble at NMSU locations in Las Cruces and the main store at DACC will remain open. Also, NMSU Mail Services and the CCSU Post Office will be closed on MLK Day, but the Pan American Center Ticket Office will open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. in order to sell tickets to all Ticketmaster shows, including Stomp and The Harlem Globetrotters at Pan Am, “Our Town” at the Center for the Arts, Contemporary Choral Masterworks and Dido & Aeneas Trial by Jury at Atkinson Recital Hall, and Vans Warped Tour ’13 at the NMSU Intramural Field.
